Great location, very close to all main attractions, public transportation, and restaurants.

Hotel Alliance seems to have been refurbished recently. The hotel met our requirements perfectly. It is situated in a quiet location only 10 minutes walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes and we will certainly use it again on our nexr visit. Recommended.

Favourable location, the private parking was available. Distance to the airport was just 9 miles. Loved TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a seating area in the room: D

The room was very clean and had comfortable beds, a fridge, and air conditioning, allowing for a good night's sleep in a great location near a popular wax museum.

Completely ignored "do not disturb sign" and still came into our room even though we specifically ask for it not to be serviced daily. It was also very noisy, the bathroom complicated with too many taps and free services advertised were not offered (no free WiFi). Also, no info about the hotel and difficult to get out early before the hotel opened up.

Pleasant hotel in a fairly nice area very close to restaurants, the cathedral and the river, which was lovely. Modern, air conditioned room with separate toilets, comfortable beds, as example!

The family suite had comfortable beds. the staff at the hotel was respectful. the hotel is centrally located near all the main points of interest.

Had a comfortable stay here for a reasonable price 👍. the room with a king-size bed was spacious and had two double beds. the bathroom was clean and had a nice view. It was a great home base for our trip.

Quality hotel alliance is good service, facilites. And also rooms not expencive restaurent foods is very good taste, staff are good kind

The staff at this budget hotel was very attentive, respectful, and responded promptly to requests. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Lourdes.

The situation of the hotel, near the center of Lourdes. It is easy to visit the most famous places with the pass. Lot's of choices of restaurants. Very calm.

The towels were very old and seems used. There was not pilow on the bed. The haidryer was dirty and there was hair on the towels and on the floor.

The rooms here have modern décor and cozy beds, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
